My Mission

Through professional development training, in-class coaching, writing, and school based leadership, to inspire and assist classroom teachers as they lead students to a fuller understanding of course content, acquisition of lifelong learning skills, and development of individual potential.

I endeavor to inspire fellow educators to touch the hearts of children in a life changing way.   I desire to be viewed as a Christian leader whose values are evidenced by both actions and words, as one who has classroom experience to back up her assertions, and as an educator who truly cares about the achievement and development of both students and teachers. I hope to serve teachers in such a way that they will be able to see me as a fellow teacher who has experienced many of the same situations they face, who has sought workable solutions to those situations, and who is passionate about sharing those solutions with others.
